A core capability of Liberty Financial is portfolio servicing. Liberty recognises the importance of servicing its specialty finance portfolio and has invested heavily in the development of its own specialised servicing platform.
Liberty as a servicer of residential mortgages and auto receivables is rated “STRONG ” by Standard & Poor’s with a stable outlook. Liberty is also rated “ABOVE AVERAGE” as a service of the newer commercial loan category also with a stable outlook.
