Case study

Self-employed

John, is a self-employed builder who had been trading for over 5 years. He is also an ex-bankrupt and he lives in rental accommodation. John applied to Liberty for a loan and was able to document that his rent was always paid on time and his accounts showed good cash flow and positive balances. Liberty was happy to approve his loan allowing him to purchase a new utility vehicle and offering him a reasonable rate with no deposit required and small net trade in on his old ute.
