Case study

Investment Purchase

Adrian was a boat engineer while Rochelle owned a gallery. Both had good businesses and were looking at buying another property as an investment.  When a unit in their street came up for sale they put in an offer and were happily surprised to have been accepted. Adrian contacted a local mortgage introducer and explained that due to making an offer on the unit so quickly they hadn’t been able to get their tax returns completed and needed to organise a loan as soon as possible. They applied to Liberty and were approved within 5 days for a loan.
