Case study
Self-employed/Consolidating debts
Lorraine, a sole trader of a small but busy retail outlet, was struggling to meet repayments on a collection of loans she had and wanted to find a simpler way to maintain them. Lorraine had a business overdraft and a number of other loans and credit cards, all due on different dates. She missed some of the payments. The loan was submitted to Liberty and we were able to consolidate all the debts into one manageable facility, this new loan not only reduced Lorraine’s overall monthly commitment but it meant she only had to worry about the one repayment each month.
