Recruitment Process

At Liberty we like to do things outside-the-box and we adopt a three step interview process for shortlisted candidates. This provides you with a great opportunity to meet a number of people and understand more about our business. The informal discussions allow plenty of scope to ask questions and make sure Liberty is the right place for you. You may be asked to complete our quick assessment that takes you through real life scenarios of working at Liberty. For candidates who are not successful at interview, we will provide you with feedback on a range of topics such as interview skills and career planning.

Lucky enough to secure an interview? We want to get to know you! We encourage you to relax and be open about yourself at interview. Prepare for the interview by reflecting on your previous work experience and what you’re looking for in your career. We also love to hear about what you know about Liberty and why you’d like to work with us, so we suggest you do some research and come prepared to ask questions and learn more.
