SMSF loans to help grow your investment potential

Liberty SuperCredit is a popular option if your Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) is not able to buy an investment property outright.

SuperCredit is a ready-made investment loan that helps you to tap into your SMSF to help you buy that investment property for your future financial security.

Our Supercredit loan is not limited by the size of your SMSF and there are no minimum contribution requirements. There is however a requirement for you to maintain a minimum amount within your SMSF after the settlement of your investment.
