Terms and conditions

1. This promotional giveaway (Promotion) is conducted by Damian Griggs (Promoter) of Liberty Network Services Pty Ltd ABN 65 151 158 628 of 16/535 Bourke Street, Melbourne, Victoria, (Tel 13 11 33) Australian Credit Licence 408042 (we, us, our).

2. This Promotion commences at 8:00am (AEDT) on Saturday 10 October 2026 and closes at 09:59am (AEDT) on Saturday 10 October 2026.

3. This Promotion is only open to individuals who:

a. have not breached these Terms and Conditions;

b. are aged 18 or over; and

c. are not otherwise ineligible under clause 15, together ‘Eligible Entrants’.

4. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

How to participate:

5. To receive the Promotional Offer, an Eligible Participant must, during the Promotion Period:

a. scan the QR code displayed on the A5 flyer;

b. complete and submit the online form by providing the requested details, including their full name, email address, phone number and post code; and

c. show the "Thank you" confirmation message to Damian Griggs or staff at Finn and Co. cafe.

6. Limit of one Promotional Offer per Eligible Participant.

7. The Promoter may refuse a Promotional Offer where it reasonably believes that the participant has submitted multiple forms, provided false information, or otherwise failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Offer

8. Eligible Participants who satisfy clause 5 will receive one regular coffee or iced coffee at Finn and Co cafe, valued up to $5.00 (Promotional Offer), while stocks last. A maximum of 200 Promotional Offers are available.

9. If the Promotional Offer becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with an alternative item of equal or greater value.

10. The Promotional Offer is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, must be accepted as offered and cannot be resold.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify a participant's eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions before providing the Promotional Offer.

Your information

12. Eligible Participants consent to us, and our related entities using their personal information for the following purposes in addition to the administering the Promotion:

a. promotion of products and services, including products and services that we distribute; and

b. conducting research, and planning or developing product and market strategies.

13. Eligible Participants consent to us using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in (including photograph, film and/or recording) in any media, without renumeration, for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and any products or services supplied or distributed by us or our related entities.

General Provisions

14. If there is a dispute as to the identity or details of an entrant, we reserve the right in our sole discretion, to determine the identity or details of the entrant.

15. Our employees (and their immediate families) and those of our related entities, or of any other organisation associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin. Related entity means related within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 (Commonwealth).

16. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond our reasonable control, we may cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion.

17. We reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of participants and compliance with these Terms and Conditions, and may refuse a Promotional Offer where a participant has not complied with these Terms and Conditions. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

18. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, we (including our respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential arising in any way out of the Promotion.

19. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, we (including our officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

a. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under our control);

b. any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;

c. delayed, lost, altered, damaged, incomplete or misdirected submissions due to any reason beyond our reasonable control; or

d. any tax liability incurred by a winning entrant.

20. Any person who, in our reasonable opinion, tampers or interferes with the Promotion process, provides false or misleading information or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified from participating.

21. Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid claim for a Promotional Offer.

22. The laws of Australia apply to this Promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

23. Our decisions in relation to this Promotion are final.

Competitions and Privacy

We are Liberty Network Services Pty Ltd ABN 65 151 158 628 .

When you enter our competitions, we collect the personal information you provide. If you win a competition, we may collect further information about you.

We use your information to administer the competition, fulfil the prize and to promote our products and services and those of our partners. We may also use your personal information to conduct research and plan and develop product and marketing strategies, and any other purpose explained in the competition terms and conditions.

Without some or all of this information, we may not be able to enter you into the competition or provide the prize.

We may disclose your personal information to:

• Entities who assist us in administering the competition and fulfilling the prize, and other prize suppliers and deliverers

• Marketing, research, and communications agencies

• Our related companies, who will use and disclose it for similar purposes as us

• The authorities responsible for the regulation of gaming and lotteries and other government agencies, where applicable, and

• Other parties where required by law.

We will publish the competition winners’ names as provided in the terms and conditions in accordance with relevant gaming and lottery legislation.

We will not disclose your information overseas in the course of the competition.

We, and our related companies will manage your information in accordance with the Liberty Privacy Policy. This explains how to request access to and correct or update information we hold about you, how to raise a complaint about privacy and how we will deal with your complaint.
