Ben has 20 years experience in Banking and Finance, with the majority of this time spent in lending and customer service. He holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, is a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia and belongs to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority.
