With deep roots in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs, Con Xanthis helps Rose Bay locals with one of life’s most significant milestones – buying a home.

As a Liberty Adviser, Con is passionate about helping borrowers achieve their property goals, from the initial search through to settlement and beyond.

With more than 20 years’ experience managing his family business, Con has a strong foundation in client relationships and a genuine understanding of people’s financial needs. He specialises in SMSF loans for residential and commercial property as well as low doc and car loans.

Con holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking and is a member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA).

Outside of work, Con enjoys spending time with his family and is actively involved in the community. He is an avid golfer, and even achieved a rare hole-in-one on a par four at The Lakes Golf Club.
